What Is Included in the SpotMenus Distributor Dashboards?
The SpotMenus Distributor Dashboards provide interactive analytics for distributors to explore. Detailing locations, menu, and brand performance across locations that you support for SpotMenus! All data can be viewed directly inside of the SpotMenus application, drilled down to view even more specific metrics, or exported for analysis outside of the SpotMenus application.
The Dashboards are divided into three tabs:
- Location & Menu Summary
- Gain quick insights into the number of locations you support on SpotMenus, the number of menus you support across those supported locations, and the number of locations added to SpotMenus that work with you as a distributor partner.
- Menu Performance
- Glean valuable insights into the numbers of menus, supported menus, menu loads/load percentages, and more on a location-by-location basis!
- View the top-performing locations and menus.
- Own the Menus & the Brand Mentions
- Order new Distributor Supported (menus you order from Instant Impact) Drink Menus via Instant Impact for locations with a low percentage of Active Supported Menus. This ensures the brands and products you are promoting are front and center for patrons of the establishment.
- Understand the usage
- Locations with low QR scans may need additional POS materials (table tents, a-frames, etc.) featuring their QR code. Order new signage via Instant Impact for your lower-performing locations via Instant Impact.
- Brand Performance
- View the number of menus with Brand Mentions, the number of brand impressions from these menu loads, etc.
- View locations with the highest number of brand mentions
- Understand the metrics and reach your goals
- Ensure the Distributor Supported Menus you’re ordering feature Brand Mentions that align with your goals.
- Understand the reach via brand impressions across a given menu.
