SpotMenus now offers locations that are supported by a distributor the option to request to remove this connection to a supported distributor.
Note: If you remove Distributor Support from your location your distributor sales rep will no longer be able to upload Distributor Supported menus to your SpotMenus location(s). Additionally, any existing menus supported by this Distributor will be deleted immediately. Confused about which menus are Distributor Supported? - Login to SpotMenus using your email address and password
- Click on the location you wish to manage
- Click "Distributor Support"
- Locate the Distributor you would like to remove Distributor Support from the list.
- Note: In this example, we will use "Sample Distributor, Inc"
- Click the 3 dots next to the Distributor Supporter you wish to remove
- Click "Remove Distributor Support"
- You will see a new window to confirm your choice to remove Distributor Support or cancel.

- If you are sure click "Remove Distributor Support"
- You will receive an email confirming the Distributor Support removal to the email address attached to your SpotMenus account. In addition, your Distributor Sales rep will receive an email informing them of the update.
