New Online Form
SpotMenus has created an online form you can fill out and we will invite your top accounts to join SpotMenus on your behalf.
- Visit SpotMenus White Glove Sign-up Form
- Fill in the first page (highlighted in green in the screenshot below) with your information and click "Next"
- Number of Accounts is for the number of accounts you would like to have us invite on your behalf.
- Note: If you have more than 20 accounts to invite, please fill out a separate form or use the Excel template below.
- On page 2 you will fill in the account information (highlighted in blue in the screenshot below)
- Note: If you selected "2-20" accounts you will have a page for each account to fill out. On the final account page you will see a "Submit Form" button. In this example we will submit 1 account.
Once you submit the form the SpotMenus team will invite your accounts to the SpotMenus platform and assist in their setup process. You will receive a copy of your form submission via email.
Old/Alternate Microsoft Excel Based Submission
SpotMenus has created a template that you can fill out and email to support@spotmenus.com and we will will invite your top accounts on your behalf.
- Download the Excel template
- Fill in the top section (highlighted in green in the screenshot below) with your information
- Fill in the bottom section (highlighted in blue in the screenshot below) with the account information
- Email the completed template to support@spotmenus.com
The SpotMenus team will invite your accounts to the SpotMenus platform and assist in their setup process.
