If you signed up for a restaurant using your, Distributor email address, and now want to delete your email and have the restaurant manage their location, please follow the below steps.
- Have the restaurant register for SpotMenus via your distributor link
- Once the restaurant is registered, open a support ticket
- Go to support.spotmenus.com and click Submit a Request
- Enter "Your Email Address"
- Select "Change Email Address"
- Enter "Your Name"
- Enter the "Location Name"
- Enter Subject "Change Email Address"
- Enter Description
- Please disassociate my email address, reps email address, from location, assigning restaurant email to this location
- Go to support.spotmenus.com and click Submit a Request
Once submitted the support team will execute the process
