If your distributor signed up your location with their email address, you will need to follow the steps below:
- Ask your rep to send an email to support@spotmenus.com with the following information:
- Location Name
- Activation Code
- Email Address
- SpotMenus Support will remove the reps access to your account
- Once the access is removed, your rep will notify you by sending you the activation code and the registration link.
Alternatively, you can use the Invite User feature to invite a new email to the account. Once you have been invited and accept please email support@spotmenus.com with the following information and we will remove the distributor rep from your SpotMenus login.
- Location Name
- Activation Code
- Rep's email address
Note: This will not remove the distributor support from your location or the distributor rep's ability to order supported menus for your location. This is only to remove the rep from being able to log in directly to your SpotMenus account.
