There are a number of reasons your menu may be loading slowly, but don't worry we are here to help!
- Menu PDF file size is very large
- Ensure your PDF menu meets the SpotMenus file specifications
- Poor signal strength on the device scanning the QR code
- Test on another device / mobile provider or via WiFi.
- Offer text based menus as well as PDF versions of your menu.
